In order to avoid problems with your savegame, you can only play on one device at a time.
You can have the same User Account on more than one device, but you won't be able to play on 2 or more devices simultaneously without running into errors and savegame resets.
Example:
You have 2 devices (Device A & Device B) with the same User Account (restored via the cloud).
When switching from Device A to Device B, you'll have to restore the most current progress from the server, in order to play properly. When switching back from Device B to Device A, you'll have to restore the most current progress from the server, once again.
Usually, it should automatically restore your most recent progress if you switch a device and the local progress is outdated. If any errors occur, don't hesitate to contact us.
In order to avoid your savegame getting corrupted due to unexpected errors, we suggest you to only play on one device and avoid switching between devices on a regular basis.
