We are still running some tests for new features with randomly selected groups of users. Therefore, it can happen that you already have a new feature that others don't.
It can also happen that, if we are not convices of the results of the above mentioned tests, or notice some other flaws with the feature, that we'll disable it in order to rework it and possibly bring it back in a future update or (in very rare cases) completely discard it. We don't know it before, therefore we have to test them.
