Refunds on Google devices:

If your purchase is not older than 48h, you can request a refund directly through the Google Support.

If your purchase is older than 48h, please contact us with your User ID and a screenshot of your order receipt. The transaction ID ("GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345"must be visible on the screenshot, otherwise we won't be able to assist you. You can find all your purchases made on Google Play in your Order History.
