There is no limitation to videos you can watch. However, our external ad providers may not have videos available for your location anymore, after a certain time.

This may be just a temporary issue. If it persists, please close your game and reopen it again after a few minutes. If it is still happening, free some space on your device & clear the cache.

If nothing of this did work, try resetting your Advertisement ID through your device settings:

On Android:

  1. Open the settings of your device
  2. Tap Google settings
  3. Tap Ads
  4. Reset advertising ID

On iOS 13 or lower:

  1. Open the settings of your device
  2. Tap Privacy
  3. Tap Advertising
  4. Reset Advertising Identifier

On iOS 14 or higher

It is not possible to reset your Advertising Identifier.
