To improve your casino and be able to build new floors that are still locked, you'll have to move to a new location. You will have to start over, e.g. your casino will be reset, but this is a good thing! You'll get way more income and advance faster and further in the game than in previous locations.
You start your first casino at the Palace, with 3 available play areas. With every location a new play area is added. At the moment there are only 5 locations (as seen below). We'll be working on new locations and play areas that may be added to the game in future (no estimation as when new locations will be added).
