In the case you should experience account loss, do not panic!

First of all, check if you were connected to Google Play Games. If so, your account may be retrievable by just reconnecting to the respective service with the same account that was used before.

If you forgot to sync your progress with one of the mentioned Cloud Services, do not hesitate to contact us.
Do not forget to attach the User ID of the respective account, otherwise we won't be able to identify your user and restore your savegame.

If you were connected with a cloud service before, but you are unable to restore it from the cloud, it could be that your savegame is not available on our server anymore. This can happen if you didn't log into your account in more than a year, as by our Terms of Service.
