Secondly, we'll only be able to manually transfer your savegame if you have both devices and access to your old account, and only if both devices are different platforms. If you want to transfer your savegame on the same platform, please use the native Cloud Services (Google Play Games Services / Gamecenter).

In order to transfer your savegame from your old device to a new device, we require to identify you as the legitimate account holder. In order to do this, please send us a message through the in-game support on your old device, requesting the transfer of that savegame to another device/platform. We'll then message you about further procedure.
