First of all, we do not officially support android emulators!

This means, that if you've been playing on an emulator and run into issues, we may not be able to grant you full technical support and may not be able to resolve your issue properly. We will try, but can't guarantee for success.

The main reason being that an emulator does not run on the specific hardware that mobile phones do. The amount of different PC-hardware constellations makes it impossible to specify if the issue you may experience is originating from our application, or from the emulator.
